Queue numbers 001–200 are activated when students physically arrive and are checked in. No student personal data is required.

Waiting Hall DisplayOpen full screen in F-102 and F-103. Public read-only view. Staff Check-InVerify the student's registration confirmation, then enter their queue number. Coordinator DashboardMonitor arrivals, active interview desks, missed calls, and event progress. Interviewer QR CardsGenerate and print secure QR codes for all available interview desks.

Operational Rule

Before checking a student in, staff should visually confirm the queue number shown in the student's registration confirmation. The system then calls the lowest checked-in waiting number.
